Setup Instructions

Create a GitHub Personal Access Token:
- Go to GitHub Settings → Developer settings → Personal access tokens
- Click "Generate new token (classic)"
- Give it a name like "Outreach Engine"
- Select scopes: public_repo, read:user, user:email
- Click "Generate token" and copy the token
Add the token to your environment:
- Add GITHUB_TOKEN as a secret in Replit
- Or set the environment variable GITHUB_TOKEN=your_token_here
Restart the application and return to this page
